The location was sooo cool, with wicked views of the Waternish Peninsula and the sea! We had our own massive outside area to chill and take in the stunning scenery. And guess what? We didn't even have to worry about noisy neighbors 'cause it was super private! It was the perf spot for a party-loving crew like us!
The only thing we'd ask for is more fun stuff to do for young peeps like us. The view was incredible and all, but it would've been extra lit if there were some rad activities we could've done together as a party squad.

The room itself was absolutely amazing. It was very clean and provided a stunning view of the sea and fields. the staff were also incredibly helpful and friendly. Despite the remote location, we enjoyed the privacy and the large outside seating area with spectacular views. it was a great getaway for Christmas.
It was quite a challenge finding the hotel, and the lack of signal on the island made it even more difficult. the entrance was also facing the wind, which was not ideal especially during bad weather.

The hotel's decoration and general areas were absolutely charming and inviting. As a senior woman, I appreciated the warm and cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The hotel's accessibility for senior people was also excellent, with easy access to all the facilities and no unnecessary stairs or obstacles to navigate.
The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is if the children working there could provide a bit more assistance with carrying luggage or offering a helping hand.

During my recent business trip, I had the pleasure of staying at No 9 - Pretenders Escape in Monkstadt. The hotel was personally chosen by my director, and it truly exceeded my expectations. First and foremost, the holiday home provided towels, which was a delightful convenience. We had an amazing stay at No 9 - Pretenders Escape. The location was stunning, with uninterrupted views over the Waternish Peninsula and out to North Uist and Harris. The apartment itself was well-furnished and very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen and the use of laundry facilities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Despite a minor inconvenience of being able to hear the neighbors downstairs and the lack of a coffee machine, these were small issues compared to the overall positive experience. The highlight was definitely the beautiful views and the remote location, which provided the peace and tranquility we were seeking.
While there were a few minor drawbacks such as hearing noises from the neighbors downstairs and the absence of a coffee machine as advertised, these did not significantly impact our overall experience at No 9 - Pretenders Escape.
